Mahesh C Shah, Managing Director and Founder
Mahesh’s career includes 25 years as a sales, marketing and
business development executive and he is well-known for negotiating innovative
software/equipment solutions for global customers. He has over 15 years of experience in the field
of IT and Technology equipments solutions. Mahesh has also participated as a
key team member in several major mergers and acquisitions.
Before starting his company he worked at REm2, Inc. as a sales executive for the distribution and manufacturing industries. He served as the Sales Director and Product Manager for Rudolph Technologies; a publicly traded company which provides process characterization solutions and applications support for semiconductor manufacturers around the world.
Prior positions include more than 18 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ASML (Formerly known as SVG). During his tenure, he was a member of the Strategic and Technical Business Group for SVG, charged with creating software products which would increase customer profitability and market share.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shah has been focused on creating and selling solutions which contribute to significant revenue growth. He has also been involved with the Department of Commerce in Washington D.C. on various Asian and US strategy initiatives and has worked with Export/Import Bank, CFIUS as well as DARPA, DOJ, FDA, DOD and other Global agencies.
Mr. Shah has a B.S. in Chemistry/Physics from India; B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston
